The market has been on a roll for the last three months. I have been cautious since last summer, due to the well-discussed problems in Europe and various economic, political, and military risks around the world. Based on the way the market is acting, I’m a bit less cautious today than I was then, but I’m not ready to join the bullish camp just yet. On a short term basis, the market looks ready for a pullback. If buyers step in to buy the dip, I will become more bullish.
